      At Flaxlook, we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Please review our cancellation guidelines below:

      1. Cancellation Before Shipment

      • You can cancel your order free of charge within [e.g., 6–12 hours] of placing it, or until it has been marked as “Shipped.”

      • To cancel, please email us immediately at info@flaxlook.com with your Order ID.

      • If the order has not been dispatched, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

      2. Cancellation After Shipment

      • Once an order is handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.

      • If you wish to cancel after the item has been shipped, you must receive the delivery and then follow our 7-Day Return Policy (which requires a mandatory unboxing video).

      • In such cases, original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

      3. Order Rejection at Delivery

      • If you refuse a delivery at your doorstep, a cancellation fee (covering forward and return shipping costs) will be deducted from your refund.

      4. Cancellation by Flaxlook

      We reserve the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

      • The item is out of stock or discontinued.

      • Errors in pricing or product information.

      • Suspicion of fraudulent transactions.

      If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email, and a full refund will be issued immediately.
